Yes! IFAW conducts door-to-door and street fundraising in communities across the United States. This personal approach, known as face-to-face fundraising, allows our trained teams to share information about how IFAW protects animals around the world, answer questions, and invite people to support our work.
IFAW's face-to-face fundraising teams operate in select communities across the United States, including locations along the East and West Coasts.

Face-to-face fundraising allows us to connect personally with members of the public and share the impact of IFAW's work. Our team members explain how IFAW protects animals around the world, answer questions, and offer opportunities to support our mission through recurring donations.
Our team members are trained to communicate respectfully, provide accurate information, and never pressure anyone into making a donation. Choosing to give is always a personal decision, and we value every conversation, whether or not it results in a donation.
When approached by a door-to-door or street fundraiser, there are a few key things to look for. Legitimate face-to-face teams should carry identification, clearly identify the organization they represent, and be able to explain its mission and donation process.
IFAW's face-to-face teams never accept cash donations, and you should never feel pressured to give. You are always free to ask questions or end the conversation at any time.
