Photo of the Week: Cape Air IFAW Whale Plane

Photo of Week is a feature that highlights the work IFAW does around the world everyday to rescue orphaned, injured, or mistreated animals.

IFAW's Whale Plane recently traveled the country to raise awareness of the plight of humpback whales, which are being targeted by Japan's whaling program in 2007/2008.  Representatives from 75 nations are convening for this week's annual meeting of the International Whaling Commission (IWC) in Anchorage, Alaska to help decide the fate of the world's whales.  The IFAW whale team is there now.
