IFAW zero tolerance statement
At IFAW, we have zero tolerance for any conduct that subjects our staff to abuse— whether in person, by phone, by voicemail, or in writing—including:
- threats of physical harm or violence
- discriminatory remarks
- disrespectful or demeaning language
- inappropriate words
Such behaviours or abuses may lead to termination of your communications with IFAW. We reserve the right to report any serious incidents to the relevant authorities.
IFAW complaint policy
At IFAW, we care passionately about our supporters. We are committed to providing the highest quality of service to our supporters, to treating our supporters fairly and to not causing undue harm or dissatisfaction. The purpose of this Policy and procedure is to manage complaints to ensure this high standard is maintained.
