Amira
More than 90% of Africa’s elephants are already gone. They are killed by poachers for their ivory tusks, or they die from illegal trade and conflict. Baby elephants, like Amira, are in the greatest danger. She was barely alive when the IFAW team found her. We rushed her to an elephant nursery where loving care saved her life. Amira is getting stronger every day but has a long journey ahead. Many are not as lucky as Amira. Elephants are being slaughtered every day. See how you can help rescue, heal and protect endangered elephants like Amira.
Big Cats
The world’s most majestic yet endangered animals need urgent help. They are suffering. Their natural habitats are disappearing. On land, poachers are threatening and killing big cats and elephants for the illegal wildlife trade. In our oceans, dolphins, whales and seals are dying from deadly hazards due to climate change and commercial fishing. More frequently, natural disasters put the animals we love at further risk. Watch now to see how you can help rescue, protect, and save big cats, elephants, dolphins and other animals around the world.
Wildlife Heroes
On the plains of Africa, a team of women rangers risk their lives to protect endangered animals from poachers. Watch as our IFAW team works tirelessly to help save the animals we love—like elephants and big cats. They are in danger from poaching, trafficking, habitat destruction and natural disasters. These animals are suffering and time is running out. They urgently need someone to protect them and be their champion.
