Arnold Tshipa
Arnold Tshipa has more than 13 years of experience in landscape conservation. Arnold oversees field-based operations in the Hwange–Matetsi–Zambezi landscape. He provides technical expertise to ensure the timely delivery of project outcomes and long-term impact in the landscape, focusing on strengthening law enforcement, park conservation, research, and supporting sustainable community livelihoods.
Growing up near Hwange, Zimbabwe’s iconic national park, Arnold developed a lifelong passion for nature that drove his commitment to wildlife conservation. Among his professional achievements is the establishment of a dedicated anti-poaching team in Hwange National Park. He holds a BS in Forestry Resources & Wildlife Management from the National University of Science & Technology in Zimbabwe and is currently pursuing an MPhil on the movement patterns of elephants in Hwange.
