Enos Omondi
Enos Omondi leads IFAW’s project monitoring team to drive tangible, institutional impact at scale, safeguarding a future for wildlife in Africa and securing peaceful coexistence between people and nature. A seasoned research and evaluation professional with over 24 years of experience working in international development and conservation nonprofits, Enos brings a wealth of expertise developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks to help us to track and assess the real impact of our conservation programmes on landscapes, community livelihoods, education, health, and food security.
Enos helps to keep our work in line with our strategic mission to advance socio-economic growth and spur community-led conservation in Africa. To achieve this vision, he steers IFAW’s ongoing strategic planning and review processes for all our conservation programmes across East and southern Africa, in close coordination with fundraising teams around the globe.
When he’s not working, Enos loves the great outdoors, spending time soaking in the warmth of the African bush or on riverbanks with his family. Enos is a dog lover, a father of seven German shepherds, one of whom is blind.
