Over the past few years Australia has endured, floods, fires and droughts which have heavily impacted the welfare and conservation of native animals, and furthermore threatened the survival of some species. It has, at times, felt relentless, particularly with the COVID-19 pandemic also taking its toll. However, it has opened our eyes to the power of people, community, and collaboration.
From our animal rescue work to our critical disaster preparedness workshops and our restoration projects, we have been collaborating with partners and wildlife carers around Australia, because we know that working together is the best way to ensure that our native wildlife has a future.
