IFAW brings veterinary care to dogs and cats in disadvantaged communities around the world.
Working with community leaders and local groups, we provide education, build capacity to care for animals, support good animal welfare, improve laws and demonstrate humane solutions. It is work that creates lasting change for animals, one community at a time.
Our projects show how small victories are won every day when we save the precious life of a dog or cat, and how large victories happen when communities turn to compassion and governments adopt humane, sustainable animal management practices.
