IFAW and Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge successfully move four tigers.
Last Thursday and Friday, the International Fund for Animal Welfare and Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge successfully moved four tigers from a failing facility in Arkansas.
TCWR moved one more tiger the following Saturday who was in need of immediate veterinary care.
Currently, four tigers and one cougar remain at the closing facility, and these last animals will be moved to TCWR once their enclosures are built, hopefully by the end of February.
Please check out this video of the tiger rescues last week and stay tuned as the final stages of this massive rescue effort come to a close!
