How you’re helping on the frontline of wildlife protection in Kenya
In this video interview, International Fund for Animal Welfare, James Isiche Director, Eastern Africa, gives a terrific overview of the challenges of working in developing countries like Kenya to protect elephants, rhinos, lions and other wildlife.
James exemplifies IFAW’s approach of relying on local wildlife experts in each country where we work.
Their unique expertise within the communities in which we are working to protect animals has helped IFAW become a catalyst for change everywhere we operate around the world.
As James says in the video, wildlife protection can be a dangerous job for people on the frontline who work with very little resources.
Support from the international community is essential.
IFAW is grateful to our donors who empower people like James to save elephants and other wildlife in Kenya--wildlife that is part of our shared global heritage.
I hope you enjoy this video and help support IFAW staff on the front lines of animal protection by making a donation now.
