Campaign Officer, Marine Conservation

CT Harry is the Marine Campaigner for IFAW in Washington DC. He works on US marine policy issues, specifically on ocean noise and shipping and its effects to marine mammals.

He was part of IFAW’s Marine Mammal Rescue & Research Program for more than a decade responding to stranded marine mammals and performing investigations of marine mammal health and studies of ecological relationships in order to promote conservation and animal welfare.

CT holds a B.S. in Biology from James Madison University, a M.S. in Biological Oceanography from The University of Rhode Island Graduate School of Oceanography, and is a recent graduate of the Emerging Wildlife Conservation Leaders Program.
