What are you really bringing back with you from vacation?

Each year millions of tourists travel to exotic locations to encounter wildlife, only to unwittingly bring home souvenirs made from endangered species.

Human beings continue to appall me at the atrocities our species commits against the environment. These are living, breathing creatures that feel pain and we have absolutely NO right to do this to them! We share our Earth with incredible wildlife and biodiversity is what makes it so beautiful. Don't be a monster. Have a heart...

bravo pour cette image choc , plus efficace qu'un long discours pour faire prendre conscience du danger que courent ces magnifiques animaux dans leurs pays d'origine par la méconnaissance et souvent la bêtise de touristes

YEARS AGO I USE TO THINK THAT TESTING PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS WAS OK.. BUT AFTER SEEING SOME OF MEDICAL FACILITIES I CHANGED MY MIND. HELD IN SMALL CAGES, POKED, SKINNED, SHOTS GIVEN,MILKED FOR BILE. THEY ARE MISTREATED. TRAUMATIZED. THEN PEOPLE GO ON VACATIONS AND WANT TO HUNT, TRAP,SHOOT WILDLIFE THAT ARE ALL BECOMING PART OF THE ENDANGERED LIST. THEN SOME BRING THE WHOLE ANIMAL HOME TO HAVE IT STUFFED. SO THEY CAN DISPLAY WHAT THEY SHOT, MURDERED. I ALWAYS FEEL PAIN WHEN I GO TO A HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT. FELT LIKE A PIN CUSHION. THEY WERE ALREADY GETTING BLOOD FROM ONE I.V.-I HAD 4 MORE I.V.S FOR DIF TESTS . SOME OF THE BLOOD TAKERS WEREN'T VERY NICE. I LOVE ANIMALS. I WOULD RATHER FIND A BOX OF PUPPIES OR KITTENS IN MY YARD.THEN FIND WHERE PEOPLE DROP OFF BOXES ON A ROAD OR FREEWAY TO GET RID OF THEM. GET YOUR PETS FIXED.

I feel that human beings are animals on a lot of different levels- depending on how you look at it and we really are not that different from other "animal" sentient creatures that we share the earth with. It's time we stand up and put our time and energy to help preserve the quality of life and environments of our furry sisters and brothers who deserve as much respect and kindness as we provide for our human animal friends.

I really think wildlife souvenirs are cruel. Animals are just like people we wouldn't like it if animals wore our skin. Please animals are living caring creatures. We should respect them more!

i agree with you about how we think were superior than other animal species, after all we are animals.

There is only so much that this earth can provide us...and we keep wasting it away everyday...we have to keep in mind that.
