Protect black rhinos from trophy hunters

Take action to protect black rhinos

The Dallas Safari Club auctioned off a hunting permit for a Namibian black rhino. The winner of that auction needs to obtain an import permit from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to bring the rhino they kill back to the U.S.

Urge the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to deny the application for the import permit. With fewer than 5,000 left in the wild, black rhinos need your help.

Please use the form on the right to write a personal note to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, care of Jeff Flocken, IFAW's Regional Director for North America.

A quick note to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will help protect rhinos. We have prepared a template email for you to send. If you prefer, you can personalize this copy to make it more effective. Please ensure that you are polite at all times.
