Tracy Coppola

Campaigns Officer, IFAW Washington, D.C.

Tracy is the International Fund for Animal Welfare's Campaigns Officer.

Prior to joining IFAW, Tracy worked as a Policy Associate at Born Free USA, and before that with the American Humane Association. 

She has her Juris Doctor and Masters in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School, and her undergraduate degree from Yale University. 

She has considerable experience working on legislation and policy regarding protections for wildlife at the state and federal level. Tracy has led the U.S. Big Cats in Captivity policy campaign, the U.S. focus of the Global Internet Trade campaign, and strategy on free trade agreements affecting wildlife trade. She also spearheads numerous other wildlife policy issues for the U.S. office.
