Erin is the Digital and Social Media Strategist at IFAW HQ, where she leads global social media marketing efforts and supports the implementation of a wide range of digital content.
Prior to joining IFAW, she worked for a global development and education nonprofit where she led its editorial calendar process and social media strategy, and produced digital media projects.
Erin has an MA in Global Media from American University and a BA in Global Affairs, concentrating in International Development, from George Mason University. For her master’s capstone thesis, she conducted field research in Namibia on human-wildlife conflict and the use of wildlife conservation as a tool for human economic development, which she developed into a multimedia journalism project.
