Robert Barber

Robert Barber knows management.

For more than 30 years, while a partner at Looney & Grossman LLP, he served on the firm’s Management Committee and eventually rose to Managing Partner. Then, in 2015, he was appointed US Ambassador to Iceland by President Barack Obama and headed the Embassy in Reykjavik for two years.

When he returned to the US, Robert joined Prince Lobel Tye LLP as a partner in its Corporate Practice Group, where he guides the firm’s efforts to recruit clients from across the globe. He is also a member of the board for the Council for a Livable World in the nation’s capital.

As a member of IFAW’s board of directors, Robert’s experience in management and administration is invaluable.
