IFAW is looking for special people in the UK who have done something outstanding for animals. Perhaps they have devoted their life to saving animals at a sanctuary or they campaign tirelessly for animal welfare.

We want to recognise the work of these exceptional people, so tell us why you think they should receive this prestigious award by filling in the form below.
