Free Will Service

It’s important for you to know that, at the end of your lifetime, your property and belongings (your Estate) will be managed as you want them to be. A professionally written, up-to-date Will is the only way to be sure your wishes are carried out.

That’s why we’ve teamed up with the National Free Wills Network to offer eligible supporters the opportunity to write or update their Will for free.

This special offer covers the writing of a ‘simple’ Will for our supporters who are aged 55 or over. Most people only require a simple Will, but if your requirements are more complicated, the solicitor will advise you of the additional costs, and then you can choose whether you would like to proceed.

How does the service work?

The process is simple. Once you have enquired about this offer, you will receive a Free Wills information pack from the National Free Wills Network that will include a selection of the solicitors local to you. Simply choose a solicitor and contact them directly to book an appointment. This solicitor will then guide you through the steps and draw up a Will that accurately reflects your wishes, free of charge.

Do I have to leave a gift to IFAW to help animals around the world?

There is no obligation to include a gift to the animals in your Will. We understand that family and friends come first, but we do hope you’ll consider remembering IFAW in your Will.

Will IFAW get a copy of my Will?

No. Your Will is a confidential document between you and your solicitor.
