IWC65: International Whaling Commission news roundup from Portoroz Slovenia

The International Fund for Animal Welfare has been an active and vocal NGO observer of the proceedings at the International Whaling Commission meeting nearly as long as they have allowed NGOs though the doors...And this year is no exception.

The meeting is held biannually, each alternating year now in a new location.

This 65th gathering of 80+ member states is being held in Portoroz, Slovenia.

Throughout this week's meeting in the Storify below, I'll gather IFAW postings and related news articles.
