First Ukraine crisis video update: Shelter Pif in Donetsk

The war in Eastern Ukraine continues to dominate news headlines around the world for all the wrong reasons. Cease-fires are announced and then broken leaving an endless stream of tragic stories in their wake.

IFAW continues to support three different animal shelters that are caught in this deadly conflict by providing food, medicine and veterinary equipment needed to save thousands of dogs.

In this, the first of three live conversations, I talk to Victoriya Vasilyeva who runs Shelter Pif in Donetsk to learn how the shelter and the animals are doing right now.
