I Found A Way to rescue a stray Mexican dog

This week during a visit to Cozumel, Mexico, our team discovered a dog in desperate need of help. Covered in used motor oil and little more than skin and bones, we found him as we were passing through the mangroves – dense, jungle-like swamps – in the remote, south east side of the island.  In his mouth was the carcass of an opossum, as he was starving and scavenging for anything to eat.

Update: we zijn ontzettend blij dat we niet alleen kunnen melden dat Cinderella het goed doet in haar territorium, maar ook dat ze in december 2015 de eerste weer uitgezette Amoertijger is die moeder is geworden! Bekijk hieronder de prachtige video van haar vrijlating. Foto: © BASTAK
