IFAW (the International Fund for Animal Welfare – www.ifaw.org) today announced the addition of Stacie Madden as Director of Cause-Related Marketing.

Ms. Madden brings with her more than 20 years of high level experience in both healthcare and consumer products gained at companies such as EMD Serono, Healthbridge, Modus Media, Dunkin’ Donuts and Reebok.

“Stacie is a tremendous addition to IFAW,” said Tereza Byrne, Vice President of Development and External Affairs. “Through the breadth of her work she has distinguished herself as a leader with a strategic mind and the ability to get things done. Her ability to help the organization market itself will ultimately enlarge IFAW’s ability to help animals in need.”

In addition to Ms. Madden’s experience in strategic marketing and fundraising, she has been active in both professional and volunteer organizations. Ms. Madden is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and serves on the Marketing Committee of Women in Development (WID). She has served on the boards of Families with Children from China South Shore and The Human Growth Foundation and Association for Reproductive Medicine. In addition, Ms. Madden has volunteered as a fundraiser for South Shore Hospital and was co-chair leader for the Special Olympics Summer Games.

Ms. Madden holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters of Business Administration from Babson College. She will work out of IFAW’s international headquarters on Cape Cod.
