A Whale of a Find

IFAW’s Brian Sharp, Stranding Coordinator, sits down with Fox 25 News to talk about the historic  finding of a huge whale skull, which carbon testing reveals, may predate the arrival of the Pilgrims. As Brian relates, the skull is believed to be that of a right whale. An IFAW team of researchers and marine biologists excavated the skull on a beach in Brewster on Cape Cod. Next stop for the skull?  The Smithsonian for further study. Tune in as Brian not only talks about the unusual find but also about the work IFAW is doing to rescue stranded dolphins.
