2007-2008 EWCL Class
The second Emerging Wildlife Conservation Leaders
class is made up of 21 up-and-coming professional conservationists from a
range of backgrounds, including government, private-sector and non-governmental
organizations. The two year course focuses on the three pillars of the
EWCL initiative: (1) training in leadership and conservation skills, (2)
mentoring and networking, and (2) planning, implementing and evaluating an
international conservation effort benefiting
wildlife.
