Anxious hours end in cougar's capture

Police captured a cougar several hours after it escaped the Wild Animal Orphanage.  It slipped through a gap in its enclosure and attacked a neighbor's dog.  Several schools in the area brought the children inside until the cougar was located.  A volunteer said the cougar was declawed and feeble with arthritis.  Authorities tranquilized the cougar and returned it to the facility.
